RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from KELVIOR. This policy applies to purchases made through www.kelvior.es and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

15-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after your order has been delivered.

To request a return, email info@kelvior.es before the return period expires. Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos or video if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect

Returns sent without contacting us first might not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned with all accessories, charging components, manuals and original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

You may inspect and handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. KELVIOR is not responsible for return parcels lost before reaching our return address.

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or the return is required because of an error by KELVIOR, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact info@kelvior.es as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs or video.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You must notify us at info@kelvior.es before the withdrawal period expires. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

This statutory 14-day withdrawal right is included within our 15-day return period and is not restricted or reduced by this policy.

EXCEPTIONS

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, returns cannot be accepted for:

• Products made to order or clearly personalised
• Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed
• Gift cards, where permitted by law

Sale and promotional products remain eligible for return under the same conditions unless a lawful exception applies.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For an eligible European Union statutory withdrawal, we will refund the payments required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Our standard shipping is currently free.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For voluntary returns that fall outside the European Union statutory withdrawal right, approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Banks and payment providers might require additional time to display the refund in your account.

EXCHANGES

For the fastest exchange, including an exchange for another size or colour, request a return by emailing info@kelvior.es. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the preferred product.

LEGAL GUARANTEE AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

The advertised one-year manufacturer warranty is an additional commercial warranty. It does not replace, restrict or reduce any mandatory legal guarantee or consumer remedy.

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee for products that are defective, do not function as advertised or do not conform to the purchase contract.
